I make the films brands launch products with. Fourteen years of it. The product has to look exactly like the real thing, often before the real thing exists. That is the hard part and it is the part I do. 3D and 2D both: the build, the lighting, the animation, the interface motion on top, the final picture. One person from the first frame to the last, so the look holds all the way through. ### Which brands have you worked with? Google, Microsoft, PayPal, Bose and Emirates. Also Samsung, Qualcomm, Nissan, TD Bank, Spectrum TV, RTL and NPO. Three of those are worth more than the list. I was Microsoft's dedicated remote creative partner for 25 months without a break. I led the 3D reveal for Google's keynote at the Snapdragon Summit in 2024. And the Das Supertalent title sequence I led still opens the show on RTL, the largest network in Germany. ### Do you work with remote teams? It is the only way I have worked for a decade. The studios I work with sit in Los Angeles, Nashville, Miami, New York, Boston, London, Amsterdam, Milan, Konstanz, Istanbul and Dubai. I am in Austin. I work inside your team rather than handing files over an agency wall, and I bring in a network of 15+ artists when a job needs more hands. Tightening how those files are set up cut delivery time 30% across 50+ campaigns. I hold an O-1B visa, so US contracts are straightforward. ### What software do you use? Cinema 4D and Redshift carry most of it, with Octane and X-Particles when a shot needs them. After Effects for compositing, 2D motion and interface animation, plus Photoshop and Illustrator either side. Maxon credited me in Cinebench 2026 and put my work in the Cinema 4D Quick Start menu, which is a fair answer to whether I know the tool. ### How long does a product film take? Two to four weeks for a 30-second piece. Getting the look right comes first, animation through the middle, rendering at the end. It can go faster when it has to: Sneaker Sway took eight days on my own, and Maxon put it on the Cinebench 2026 opening screen. Send me your air date and I will tell you whether it fits before you commit, not after. ### Is AI replacing this work? No. I use AI myself most weeks, for trying ideas out and getting through the repetitive parts. What it will not do is make a product look exactly like the real thing, keep it inside a brand's rules, or catch what is wrong the night before it goes on air. Fourteen years is what tells you which of those is about to break. Microsoft and PayPal are not buying renders. They are buying someone who has done this before. ### How do we start? Email hello@selimari.com with what you are launching and when. Send the deck, the product files, the references, whatever exists. I come back with scope and a schedule, not a questionnaire. ## Case studies ### Microsoft — Microsoft Sizzle URL: https://www.selimari.com/case/microsoft-sizzle Client: Microsoft Role: Senior 3D Creative Designer Year: 2021 – 2024 Category: 3D Motion Discipline: 3D Motion, UI Motion, Brand Film A curated selection of UI-driven 3D motion work created for Microsoft between June 2021 and February 2024, during my time with Haddad & Partners and later PureRED. Spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, GitHub, Office and a number of AI-related initiatives. **The Scope** A curated selection of UI-driven 3D motion work for Microsoft 365, Azure, GitHub, Office and several AI-related initiatives, produced inside a system-driven, highly collaborative environment. Microsoft's scale demands consistency across thousands of touchpoints. Each shot had to feel like Microsoft, calm, optimistic, accessible, while still earning attention in a crowded software-marketing landscape. My role was to translate established design directions into refined, dimensional, production-ready visuals. Pairing UI states with confident camera language and material choices that reinforced the product story without ever overwhelming it. **The Execution** Across hero films, social cutdowns and campaign-length pieces, the work prioritized clarity, brand warmth and physical believability. Building a vocabulary that could survive translation across every Microsoft surface.
